1. Recognize the thoughts you are having about yourself to youRself. Replace all disempowering thoughts with a more positive, higher vibrational thought.
2. Meditate or sit quietly, free from distraction for 15 minutes everyday and begin to notice the shift. Journal about your experience.
3. Develop a spiritual practice that works for you and begin implementing daily (pray, meditation, 10 pages of a personal development book, yoga, walking meditation, mindfulness, chanting... something that connects to source energy).
